Farm House Rules & Guidelines
- No check-in is possible without id proof of all guests (License/Aadhar)
- outdoor music is not allowed
- Giving money advance will book your stay (first come first serve)
- Inveter with power back up upto 12 hours
- Id verification will be done once you check-in if fake or any mislead your booking will be cancelled and money will be returned instantly (if given)
- Total 10-13 person night stay facilities will be provided.
- Strictly action will be taken from deposit if garden or property found in damaged condition
- Swimming pool can be used till before 2 hours of check out
- Refund of deposit shall be processed within 12 working hours from the time of check-out.
- Cooking is allowed. (Crockery n Cutlery will be provided for 10 persons.)
- Food Delivery to the property is available (paid)

- Cleaning charges are:- Rs. 250
- This rates are for upto 12 people only
- Rate will be Rs. 350 extra per person
- And 50% amount as deposit which will be returned when you check out.
- Friday evening will be considered as weekend
